FAQ - Kitty Korner® cat door

  • The Kitty Korner opening is approximately 10” X 14” X 10”
  • The Kitty Korner is designed to work on hollow core doors.
  • The Kitty Korner not recommended for mounting on exterior doors. In addition to security concerns exterior doors are fire rated doors.
  • Short answer is yes but requires ordering the opposite Kitty Korner swing from the door’s swing. The customer will also need to make small modification to the door’s jamb.
What is Kitty Korner’s return policy?
  • Kitty Korner will refund full purchase price, minus shipping, for any reason for requests made within 30 days of receipt of product. Upon request, Kitty Korner will do exchanges for mistaken orders due to incorrect door swing. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs
What are Kitty Korner's Shipping policies?
  • Kitty Korner ships six days a week (Mon. through Sat.) minus national holidays.  Kitty Korner charges $5.99 per unit shipping and handling. Kitty Korner’s average shipping time is 4 to 5 business days. 

Shipping Configuration, Weight and Size Detail

  • The Kitty Korner cat door ships in a standard shipping tube.  The tube is 2" X 15".  Total weight for a single unit is .6 imperial pounds.

Can I get it shipped International?

  • Kitty Korner has partnered with MyUS.com to help facilitate international shipping for Kitty Korner purchases.  Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart on the website, go to the cart, where you will see a button labeled "International Orders"  Select this button and a window will open where you can sign up for MyUS.com international service.  You will purchase directly from our website and your order will ship to the MyUS.com warehouse in Florida where it will be consolidated with other international shipments and forwarded to your address in your country.  MyUS.com charges a fee for handling and satisfying any Duty and local country taxes.  We have received positive feedback about MyUs.com service and assistance in delivering international shipments.
